The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to raise our demanding standards to an even higher level with new protocols for the current circumstances. The well-being of our guests and team members is of paramount importance and I want to assure you that we are taking significant action.  

In addition to adhering to the authority's standards and guidelines we have also implemented the following:

Public Spaces

  • We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.
  • Enhanced team member safety and well-being with personal protective equipment and enhanced training.
  • Providing tissues and additional trash receptacles in public areas.
  • Hand Sanitizing stations available.

Guest Rooms

  • A New Standard of Hotel Cleaning - Learn More.
  • Guest room keys sanitized after each use.
  • EPA approved products used on linens and laundry.

Social Distancing

  • Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Eliminate/reduce in-person check-in or checkout with automated process. 
  • Outside corridors which do not require the use of elevators.
  • Individual kitchenette rooms with their own ventilation systems.
